Books and Workshops

Transform Your Life with an Attitude of Gratitude Writing Practice offers a simple but profound writing and reflection practice that can be life-changing. It shows how to make gratitude a natural habit and source of ongoing pleasure. It’s for anyone who understands gratitude can be uplifting and empowering; people who have never had a gratitude practice before or people who have kept daily lists of things they are grateful for but would like to take their relationship with gratitude deeper. It features insightful quotes from writers and thought leaders, excerpts from No Small Thing, and practical tips for developing your own attitude of gratitude practice. A companion workbook, which builds on book concepts, will also be available.

Transform Your Life with an Attitude of Gratitude Writing Practice will be available soon. Check this blog periodically for updated information.

Attitude of Gratitude Writing and Reflection Groups:

Building on concepts from the book, I have started leading two-part workshops in the Chicago area. In the first session, we focus on identifying personal themes that evoke gratitude in each of us. In the second session, we work with various journaling techniques to grow strong emotional connections with the experiences that touched our hearts, and we explore how these connections lead us to contemplate an ever-widening spectrum of experiences that makes our lives full.

If you live in the Chicago area and wish to participate in a group, or if you would like to participate in a group by teleclass please send me an email at:
