Maybe you felt betrayed, or slighted, or misunderstood, or cheated?\u00a0 After you recognized the edge to your feelings, what was your next reaction? Maybe you wanted to seek revenge or do something a little reckless, or maybe you turned your anger inside and became depressed. Did you try to let it go?\u00a0 Not that you wanted to ignore your feelings but you didn\u2019t want to obsess over them. You didn\u2019t want your emotions to dwell on a source or upset. For the most part, you put some things behind you. You let it go. Think of a situation where you let anger go. What helped you make peace enough with yourself to do this?
