I get frustrated by people who feel entitled to perpetrate violence if they don\u2019t get their way and people that decide on what constitutes the truth based on where they hear things rather than evidence, but I want to stay connected to empathy and compassion. Try this\u2026.When someone\u2019s behavior or beliefs upset you, think of something you have in common. Maybe it\u2019s recognizing love of family or desire for security. Send them a blessing wishing that what\u2019s good in them can grow.
