You never let me down before.\u201d In a world of constant change, it can seem refreshing to recognize the things in your life that don\u2019t change. Neighborhood restaurants you have come to trust for preparing a favorite dish just the way you like it, or having a standing plan to talk to a relative or best friend every week at the same time \u2014 these kinds of things can become precious. It is great to be open to new things or to alternate a routine, but there is something very grounding and comforting in knowing there\u2019s something you can count on operating the same way all the time.
