Abbondanza, an Italian phrase, has been co-opted as a tag line in restaurant promotions.  It means “abundant” or “plenty.”  This idea of plenitude, of there being more than enough, doesn’t always have to be about food. I remember watching a waterfall in South America. Oh my God! It felt so good to think of a never-ending supply of water.  I also remember taking a road trip in the Midwest and seeing seemingly unending fields of corn from my side of the windshield. The sight was hypnotically comforting. What kinds of sights or experiences make you feel like you can access what you need effortlessly?  Write five down.  Be aware of how you can be reminded of abundance in everyday life.
