The No Small Thing intentional gratitude process is aimed at building self-awareness, learning how to be more positive and make decisions that are aligned with values.
I provide coaching to help individuals develop personal gratitude themes and use mindfulness techniques to lead a happier life.
I am not a career coach or life coach. My expertise is in helping people become more self-aware so they can choose what they want to focus on and feel in control over their emotions.
