There’s an old tradition of reflecting on the links between things you find yourself grateful for. If you enjoyed your Thanksgiving meal, you can thank the cooks. You can thank the store that stocked the ingredients. You can thank the farmers and the truckers who made sure everything was in the store. You get the idea. We can give thanks continually. Think about a recent experience that you appreciated. Think about everything and everyone that made the experience possible. After you focus on one thing, see where your mind goes.  Practice being thankful for everything that has led you to where you are.
