Spending time with puppies or kittens, looking at the ocean (or large body of water), getting home from a walk just before the predicted rain starts, finding your cell phone or something your misplaced by simply recalling what you were doing when you last knew where it was, having just enough toothpaste (or shampoo or recipe ingredient) to finish something you had started, getting a new heel put on a favorite pair of shoes… Think about a little miracle or an unexpected awareness that was part of your day. Give yourself five minutes to really be delighted by it, whether from its rarity or perfect timing, or whether because you were able to share it…for whatever reason.  Bask in being DELIGHTED.
