Recall an observation of a random act of kindness. Maybe you watched a young person give his or her seat to an elderly person on a subway. Or, have you noticed a person standing nearest the door in a crowded elevator ask everyone what floor they wanted and then pushed the appropriate button? Or perhaps you saw a person hold the door open for the stranger following him.  Maybe these were automatic behaviors in the situation.  Or maybe they were conscious choices. Write a reasonable monolog for the person who displayed this random act of kindness.  Write a short monolog for the person receiving the kindness.
