Do you remember a time when you cried?  Chances are you weren’t in physical pain.  You were probably feeling a rush of emotions.  Sadness, frustration, regret, grief…Did anyone see you cry?  Did you feel uncomfortable with your own feelings?  I’ve been thinking about how sharing feelings about less than happy circumstances and unfulfilled desires has often led me to a positive result.  I cherish knowing that other people have felt what I feel. Think about how you have bonded with others over pain or sadness;  how you have honored yourself by speaking up.
