Think of a birthday gift, an anniversary gift, or a “just because” surprise you received; a situation where you didn’t distribute a wish list, but a time when someone gave you exactly what you wanted without being told.  Write a paragraph about that experience.  Think about two different aspects of your gratitude.  Describe the gift.  What was so special about it to YOU.  Also think about the person that selected or made this gift for you. How did you feel about this person picking out the PERFECT THING?
