Ah, good times.  Sometimes, you don’t plan being happy or content, but you know a good time when you’re having one.  It’s a fundamental aspect of a gratitude practice and mindfulness practice to notice when you’re having a good time and to consider what it is about a situation that makes it pleasing for you.  Think about the last time you remember being happy.  What was it about the experience that contributed to your joy?  How can you put yourself in similar circumstances or a similar frame of mind again?
