Who are your heroes? What traits do they embody that especially touch you or enhance your life?  Answers to these questions can say a lot about what you’re grateful for. Think of two heroes that other people would recognize. Perhaps actors or sports stars or musicians. What do they do or embody that most impress you? Think of two heroes from your daily life. Neighbors or teachers or cancer survivors. What have they done or embody that most impress you?  What does this exercise tell you about what you are grateful for?
