It’s a very practical process; to periodically review what you would like more of or less of in your life. When you have a clear idea, you can make adjustments. I might identify that I want to spend more time with friends or in nature, or to finish work earlier in the day, or to enjoy buying myself small presents more often. What would you like more of in your life – right now? Maybe something already present to some degree.
