Do you like to walk? Or dance? Or cook? Or bike? Or solve crossword puzzles? Or something else? It’s interesting to reflect on activities you know you enjoy and consider what it is about doing that activity that puts you in a special state. Think of one activity that you love to do? Why? How does it make you feel? Are there any other activities you can do that has some of the same qualities? Can you feel grateful about this discovery?
