What makes YOU feel grateful?
The No Small Thing philosophy is based on the idea that once you identify what makes you feel grateful you can start looking for those things in the present moment. As a special type of mindfulness practice, you can guide your attention to things you love that are in the NOW.
Consider your most heart-felt values, objects you are drawn to, or happiest memories. What are the most essential aspects of these experiences or qualities? (Check out My Grateful Dozen for help identifying YOUR grateful dozen.)
