Have you given any recent thought to things that seem out of your grasp? Things like: a vacation to Iceland; being able to do 100 crunches; or getting rid of the strange error message you get from Outlook?  Not that some worthwhile goals are out of your reach – for now.  But how does not being able to do something make you feel?  Do you put as much energy into what you CAN DO?  Things like: acknowledging yourself for making damn good chocolate chip cookies or not having a car accident in over five years?   How do you feel when you switch your attention to what you CAN DO?
