I remember how, as a child, ”time” was a hard concept to grasp.  It could seem like forever until dinner was ready. Yet, “story time” might be over in a blink of an eye. People can adapt habits of procrastination to “put off” doing things they don’t want to do, but, often, people can get into habits of ”putting off” diving into joy because things  don’t come together as expected.  Think of one thing you thought you wanted in order to be happy only to discover you totally enjoyed something else. What, outside your expectations, did you discover brought you joy?  What have you learned about happiness and being in the moment?
