Most of us can think of things we want to do or things we want to acquire.  We have shopping lists, bucket lists, and to-do lists.  Perhaps you’re happy when you can check off tasks when they’ve been completed.  But haven’t you ever seen this way of looking at your life exhausting? How much of your time to you devote to thinking about what you’ve accomplished?  Think of five things that you accomplished this past year. If you have not already celebrated those achievements, how might you thank yourself for doing what was necessary to get those things done.
