There are few things as precious as your time. Most of us have obligations that demand chunks of our time — work, or family, or studies, or community participation. How do you set aside time for yourself, to make sure you have time for doing the things that are important to you? Take a few moments to think about what you need to do for your soul and sanity, to restore your energy or come back to a peaceful state of mind. Do you refresh yourself by reading a good mystery, or by walking barefoot on the grass, or by cooking, or something else? How can you make time for yourself and make that time sacred? How do you demonstrate appreciation to yourself when you put yourself first?
