Do YOU worry about making decisions? Do you worry about making the right ones? About attaining a desired outcome? About having enough information? About having regrets? To support decision-making, it seems that great things to be thankful for include guidance, courage, and equanimity. Of course, guidance, whether from inside yourself or from a trusted friend can be helpful. And courage is important when it comes to making any type of commitment.
