Road Construction.  Road Narrows.  Last Rest Stop for 53 Miles.  We’re accustomed to seeing warning signs when we drive.  Warning signs might influence decisions we make to slow down or when to take a bathroom break.  But what about warnings that are not printed on signs?  Visual or sound cues or automatic thoughts that tell us to do something or not do something?  Can you think of a recent time when you took something as a sign and changed your approach?  What gave you clues to pay attention?  Did your perspective, that you were getting a warning sign, help or hinder you?  How did you experience and express gratitude in this situation?
