Open your refrigerator door? What’s in your refrigerator that you might like to have right now?  What do the foods you like or foods you crave represent to you?  (Comfort, indulgence, discipline, freshness, memories of   people you shared a dish with?…) How might contemplating what you like to eat give you clues on what you’re grateful for? Write your thoughts in your journal.  Think about how easy it is to treat yourself to a type of food and thereby connect with these special qualities.
