One of the quickest ways to bring my awareness to the present moment is to give attention to what I‘m feeling in my body in the moment. Recently, I noticed such simple pleasures as walking barefoot in the morning grass and feeling the wind tangle the hair around my face. Think about three simple pleasures that your body brings to you. How does experiencing these things help you be in the moment?
